PRIVACY

• All information provided to Serendipity Inn is for our internal use only, and will never be sold or used for any purposes other than to confirm reservations with us.

GENERAL

• We are a non-smoking Bed & Breakfast. For the comfort of all of our guests, smoking is not permitted on our property.
• Sorry, we can not accommodate pets.
• We honor most major credit cards.
• Prices are subject to change due to availability.
• We realize it is difficult to make reservations in advance of arrival without previous inspection or experience. We will do whatever is in our power to meet your comfort and expectations level but in no way does this alter our refund policy. High seasonal demand for lodging in Myrtle Beach requires us to be strict on our policies so the guest will be clear what their responsibilities are before booking. In depositing the reservation you ask us to turn away other business to hold your room. In good faith, we each do something for the other.
• Parking is limited to one car per unit.

RATES

• All of our rooms are set up for double occupancy. However, some select rooms will accommodate a third person. Please ask which rooms are available for a third person.
• When there is a third person permitted an additional fee of $10 per night is charged.
• A deposit is required to hold your reservation.
• Arrivals & departures before schedule dates can result in foreiture of deposit, unless reservation changes are requested and approved at least seven (7) days prior to scheduled arrival date. Deposit refunded with requisite seven day notice. Total balance for all charges remaining, after deposit is applied, is due and payable on arrival.
• Check-In is 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Later arrivals must be prearranged.
• Check-Out is 11:00 am.
• A two night minimum stay (weekday and weekend) is required from April 1st through September 1st. For the rest of the year the minimum is only required on weekends.
